The H2 ZERO whole house water filtration system offers two maintenance-free options that require no electricity, backwashing, or waste: a carbon/ION combination or carbon/scale media combination, both with 10-year warranties on the carbon filtration. The first tank uses High Activity Carbon (HAC) to remove chlorine and improve water taste and odor while meeting NSF/ANSI standards, while the second tank either uses HALO ION’s magnetic technology to prevent limescale buildup by altering mineral molecular structure or employs proprietary scale conditioning media. This fully self-contained system operates without power, produces no wastewater, and helps prevent pipe corrosion while dissolving existing scale over time.
